WATCH: Grand Jury Investigations A Focus During “What’s Coming Down the Hill”

On Monday, March 13, 2023, Kostelanetz LLP, KaiserDillon PLLC, and Georgetown University Law School hosted “What’s Coming Down the Hill.” This first-of-its-kind, half-day event provided an opportunity to hear from leaders in congressional, regulatory, and grand jury investigations about what is in store for 2023.

David Bitkower, of Jenner & Block, moderated a panel that pulled apart the intricacies of grand jury investigations and some of the nuances that make these investigations unique.
