Careers

At Kostelanetz LLP, we know that providing outstanding client service depends on attracting and retaining extraordinary talent. We’re interested in receiving applications from talented lawyers, paralegals, and students. We recruit lawyers, law students, law clerks, alumni of our Pre-Law Paralegal Program, and college students.

Interested applicants should read about our various career paths and, if interested, submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample to recruiting@kostelanetz.com.  Recruiters can contact recruiting@kostelanetz.com.

We believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and strengthen our firm. We welcome applications from women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ people, persons with disabilities, people from low-income backgrounds, and veterans. Applications from people who are members of underrepresented and/or marginalized communities are highly encouraged.

Kostelanetz LLP is a destination for the legal elite. Lawyers come to our boutique practice because we focus on our lawyers’ professional development and pursue excellence. Our supportive culture is tightly tied to low associate-turnover, high promotion rates, outstanding legal work, and excellent client service.

The Kostelanetz LLP paralegal team helps our attorneys in researching and analyzing information and collaborates with our lawyers, providing them with essential analytical and technical support.

In 2021, Kostelanetz LLP expanded its Pre-Law Paralegal Program for high-achieving college graduates with the inauguration of an internship for pre-law undergraduates at Spelman College. Spelman College is a historically Black liberal arts college for women located in Atlanta, Georgia, known for its academic rigor and rich history as the No. 1 ranked Historically Black College and University (HBCU).  The internship is designed to ensure that our firm’s clients benefit from the extraordinary talent available at Spelman, while simultaneously promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and the tax law bar.

Kostelanetz LLP welcomes applications from students enrolled in the Tax LLM program at Georgetown University Law Center for the firm’s Externship Program. Our firm seeks qualified candidates on a year-round basis, meaning that applications for the Externship Program are open for the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Participants in the Externship Program are eligible to receive academic credit from Georgetown Law School.
