Kostelanetz counsel Andy Weiner discussed his observations on the tumult that has affected the tax world in 2025.
Andy notes that Kostelanetz’s clients and peers within the government are operating in an era of uncertainty in the wake of recent regulatory and administrative changes. However, Andy noted that IRS employees are adapting to this new landscape and that practitioners are more invaluable than ever to clients.
“It has been both a little scary, but at the same time, a little bit inspiring, in terms of being part of the solution,” Andy said, commending the Kostelanetz team for advocating for our clients through high levels of uncertainty.
