William clerked for the Honorable Joseph W. Nega of the United States Tax Court. After his time at the Court, William worked as a tax controversy attorney at Chamberlain Hrdlicka and Morris, Manning & Martin in Atlanta.
William received his J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from University of Florida. Prior to law school, William received a BBA in Management Information Systems and a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and worked in IT for a Fortune 50 company.
During law school William worked in the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and maintains an active pro bono practice helping low-income taxpayers.
