Ana Pinker

Ana Pinker, a Senior Paralegal at Kostelanetz, brings nearly fifteen years of paralegal experience to the firm. Prior to entering the legal profession, she previously worked in various nonprofit companies serving individuals with disabilities, as well as real estate property management and healthcare administration. Ana Pinker began her legal career as a legal secretary and has since worked in multiple practice areas, including medical malpractice, personal injury, trusts and estates. She specializes in Trusts and Estates Litigation. Her experience includes complex estate and fiduciary litigation matters. Ana is also a former Trust Officer at a financial institution where she was recognized by the Monroe County Surrogate’s Court for her work in a court decision. She is also a former Contract Administrator with an architectural firm. Ana earned her B.S. in Social Work from Nazareth University and her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Bryant & Stratton College. She is also a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Ana lives in Syracuse, New York with her European Boxer, Athena.
