Megan’s session, BBA Partnership Audit Rules: Controversy and Procedure, will take place from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. In this session, Megan and the other panelists will discuss the steps in a BBA audit, the role of IRS Appeals, calculating interest under the BBA regime, challenges faced by partnerships and their representatives, defense strategies, and more. Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the procedural steps in a BBA audit, evaluate potential penalties and procedural roadblocks in crafting a penalty defense strategy, examine he statute of limitations under the BBA regime, and more.
