USTCP Exam Prep Seminar Series: Employment Tax Controversies Part II

Frank Agostino, Shan Kadkoy, Billy Min, and Eric Chen of Agostino & Associates will present an evening seminar for the USTCP exam prep series, Employment Tax Controversies Part II.

The seminar will take place February 17, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern at the Ciarco Learning Center in Bergen Community College's campus in Hackensack, NJ. Continuing education credits and virtual attendance options are available, and complimentary pizza is available from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The seminar is designed to prepare attendees for the USTCP exam, but will also provide a detailed look at employer-side tax controversies and criminal prosecution case studies concerning these matters. Attendees will learn about settlement programs, updates to the Employee Retention Credit, Voluntary Disclosure Program, and Voluntary Correction Program.

Additionally, practitioners who attend are encouraged to accept a pro bono tax controversy case assignment from NYCLA or a NY or NJ low-income Tax Clinic.
