NYU School of Law 2026 Reunion Tax Salon


The New York University (NYU) Law Graduate Tax Program presents its annual Tax Salon as part of its reunion weekend. As part of the salon, Megan L. Brackney will present a session on ethics in tax practice on April 24, 2026, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Continuing education credits are available, and attendance is in-person only.

Megan will discuss the ethical dilemmas that tax lawyers commonly face and how to balance between professional obligations and client concerns. Common ethical dilemmas and best practices for handling them will be discussed within the context of IRS Circular 230.
