Megan L. Brackney will deliver the keynote address at New York Law School's 23rd Annual Tax Lawyering Workshop taking place at their Tribeca campus on May 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Attendance is in person only, and continuing education credit is available.
The theme of the 2026 workshop is new technology and other current ethical challenges in tax practice. Session topics will include professional responsibility topics related to New York's electronic wills law and the ethical considerations for tax attorneys using AI in their practices.
