Essential Tax Topics: What You Need to Know Before April 15th


Frank Agostino will present at the New Jersey State Bar Association half-day seminar, Essential Tax Topics: What You Need to Know Before April 15th. The seminar will take place February 27, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. Virtual attendance options and continuing education credits are available.

Frank and the other speakers will discuss a variety of tax controversy and taxpayer representation topics. These topics include major legislative updates such as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and changes to New Jersey tax laws, recent developments in the U.S. Tax Court, best practices for responding to notices from tax authorities, and guidance on how to help clients sell real estate subject to IRS tax liens.

Frank will be joined by Robbin E. Caruso of Davidoff Tax Law and Prager Metis CPAs, Guy Esposito in IRS Civil Enforcement and Support Operations, Alison Gadoua of Davidoff Tax Law, Lance E. Rothenberg of Rothenberg Tax Law, and Dale Wisniewski in IRS Civil Enforcement and Support Operations. The seminar will be moderated by E. Martin Davidoff of Davidoff Tax Law.
