Caroline Ciraolo will speak at the 15th Annual IBA Finance & Capital Markets Tax Conference in London, England, January 26-27, 2026.
Caroline and other participants will speak on a panel entitled “From courts to consequences: key tax rulings driving international policy” on Tuesday, January 27 at 4:55 p.m. Panelists will discuss issues surrounding tax treaty abuse and EU directive abuse, beneficial ownership, foreign tax credits, exchange of information between tax and other authorities, and EU directives and member state tax.

Caroline is a former Acting Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tax Division and a founder of Kostelanetz's Washington, D.C. office.
