Seton Hall 11th Annual New Jersey Tax Controversy Forum


Frank Agostino and other tax professionals from Kostelanetz will lead and present Seton Hall School of Law’s 11th Annual New Jersey Tax Controversy Forum in Newark, NJ, on January 20, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern. Continuing education credit and virtual attendance options are available, with complimentary breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for in-person attendance.

Frank and the team will present on a variety of state and local New Jersey tax controversy topics including New Jersey Division of Taxation updates, SALT issues pertinent to New Jersey residents, federal and state tax collections and mediation options, and recent case law and regulatory developments in New Jersey. Attendees can also receive pro bono tax controversy case assignments from low-income tax clinics of New York and New Jersey.
