Event Description: 

The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (“BBA”) changed the way adjustments are made in the partnership context by enacting new partnership audit rules. Partnerships may be required to pay additional tax, and various partners may also be liable. This program will focus on the distinctive strategic and procedural considerations for partnership audits under the BBA.
