
IRS Voluntary Disclosure Practice (CLE)
Caroline D. Ciraolo will speak on a panel entitled “IRS Voluntary Disclosure Practice” at the TexasBarCLE’s annual Tax Law in the Digital Age conference on Aug. 28, 2025, at 1:45 p.m. Central.
Caroline and Dan Price, of the Law Offices of Daniel N. Price, will discuss the current voluntary disclosure practice, questions and concerns raised by tax professionals, recent developments, including the impact of the National Taxpayer Advocate’s efforts to assist taxpayers coming into compliance, and best practices. The presentation will be available via live webcast, and a webcast replay will be available October 9-10, 2025. CLE credit is offered for both.

About Caroline
Caroline is a former Acting Assistant Attorney General of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tax Division and a founder of Kostelanetz’s Washington, D.C. office.
