Tax Enforcement Trends: What’s Hot and What’s Not

Kostelanetz partner Christopher Ferguson will speak at the IRS Representation Conference on November 8, 2024. He is a panelist for the session “Enforcement Trends: What’s Hot and What’s Not” that will be held from 10:15 AM to 11:05 AM Eastern.
The panel will cover a variety of tax enforcement topics, such as the IRS’s efforts with respect to the Employee Retention Credit, cryptocurrency, payroll tax debt, high net worth non-filers, and other hot issues. The panel will also cover what practitioners can expect in examinations, collections, and criminal tax investigations in 2025.
The New England IRS Representation Conference will be held November 7-8, 2024, at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Uncasville, CT.
