Rettig, Partner, Chamberlain Hrdlicka and 49th Commissioner of the IRS, the Honorable Larry Alan Burns, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, Sandra R. Brown, Partner, Hochman Salkin Toscher Perez, PC and former Acting U.S. Attorney, Central District of California, to discuss criminal tax investigations and prosecutions, including current IRS enforcement priorities, the roles of IRS Criminal Investigation, DOJ Tax Division, the district courts, and the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, and the future of IRS enforcement efforts.
