Victor’s session — on Friday, June 13, from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. — is titled “Examining the Change of Administration’s Influence on SEC Regulations and Securities Enforcement.” In this session, Victor will discuss the numerous changes made to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by the Trump administration and the potential challenges practitioners may expect in the near future.

Victor Suthammanont served for a decade as an enforcement attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including as a Senior Trial Counsel and as the Enforcement Counsel to Chair Gary Gensler.
