Megan L. Brackney will moderate a panel titled “Enforcement Trends: What’s Hot and What’s Not” at the 2023 IRS Representation Conference on December 1st, 2023. The conference will be held both in-person and virtually. The events are hosted at the Mohegan Sun Hotel & Casino, CT and by the Quinnipiac University School of Law in North Haven, CT.

Event Description: 

Following the Covid pandemic and the programs instituted by Congress we are about to enter a new era of tax enforcement, including Employee Retention Credits, Payroll Tax Debts, and much more.  Join our panelists for a discussion of the changing tax enforcement landscape as it relates to examinations, collection and criminal investigations.
