July 3, 2024 - April 5, 2025

Caroline D. Ciraolo is a guest instructor, joined by Leo Unzeitig of Chamberlain Hrdlicka, for the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Taught concurrently in English and Spanish, this virtual and in-person hybrid, 8-month program aims to provide participants with solid and specialized training in international tax matters from the perspective of the United States and Mexico. It will address the international tax consequences of cross-border operations and investments in the contexts of tax, estate planning and litigation through the analysis of practical cases.

The program is intended for lawyers, accountants and professionals from Mexico and the United States who seek to delve deeper into the complexity of the tax systems of both countries by integrating a binational approach into their respective practices. In-person classes will be held at the ITAM in Mexico City.
