Ciraolo participates in a panel entitled “Tax Treaties for the Estate Planner” at the California Lawyers Association, Taxation Section’s 2022 Annual Meeting of the Tax Bar and Tax Policy Conference. The panel will discuss important issues under income, and estate and gift tax treaties. It will also cover the exchange of information under such treaties and/or FATCA agreements and other associated issues.
