Event Description:

In this session, the panelists discuss former Rule 16(a)(1)(G) and the problems prompting change. Before now, the government only needed to provide a summary to the defense. Under the new rule, the government must disclose more and the defense now has plenty to work with. The catch? Both sides must disclose and both sides have more to work with. Panelists discuss the benefits of the changes and nuances to be aware of moving forward.
