Event Description:

The 1-day program titled “Trial by Jury 2023” will explore explore ethical consideration in jury trials. After completing this session participants will be able to avoid ethical pitfalls in the voir dire, ethically investigate jurors using social media, and understand ethical issues involved with using jury consultants and investigating jurors. The program features masters of the bar and the bench presenting valuable and useful insights on jury trials. The Practicing Law Institute has assembled the most experienced and respected state and federal judges, as well as many distinguished litigators, to give a unique view into jury trials and the best way to handle them, from opening statements through closing arguments. The panelists will also dissect the ethical issues that often arise and the best ways to handle these situations. Join to gain proven strategies and practical tools to successfully manage every phase of a jury case.
