On Monday, March 13, 2023, Kostelanetz LLP, KaiserDillon PLLC, and Georgetown University Law School hosted “What’s Coming Down the Hill.” This first-of-its-kind, half-day event provided an opportunity to hear from leaders in congressional, regulatory, and grand jury investigations about what is in store for 2023.
Kostelanetz LLP Director of Investigations Don Fort moderated a panel focused on 2023 priorities for both the civil and criminal sides of the IRS. Joining Don on the panel were Mary Hammond, the Global Operations Director for IRS-CI; Carolyn Schenck, who is National Fraud Counsel for the Office of Fraud Enforcement at IRS; and Joe Rillotta from Miller & Chevalier.
