Kecia Boulton began her formal legal secretary career in 1999 in Dallas, Texas and has worked in the litigation section of several international law firms. After 15 years in litigation she made the move over to tax controversy and worked for Todd Welty for 10 years until he left and started his own firm. She then joined Todd Welty, P.C. in September of 2020, where she utilized her decades of experience at a specialized boutique law firm. Kecia joined Kostelanetz LLP in 2024 when Todd Welty P.C. joined forces with Kostelanetz. Kecia has 25 years of legal experience in litigation, probate, oil and gas, and tax controversy.

Kecia grew up in the Dallas area.  In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, water sports, and cheering on her beloved Dallas Cowboys.
