Bryan and Todd answered questions on how the combination came about, the benefits of the combination, and the future of the firm. “It’s a focus on the people,” said Bryan when asked how Kostelanetz will balance its recent expansion with maintaining a reputation as an expert boutique. “If you’re going out and finding the right people, you’re going to keep your reputation as the go-to boutique for tax controversy work,” he added. Todd echoed Bryan’s thoughts, noting that the work his firm does “fits within the heart of what Kostelanetz has historically done.”
