Frank Agostino will present a session at the NYSSCPA Tax and Financial Planning for Individuals Conference on November 6, 2025, at the FAE Learning Center in New York, NY. Continuing education credit and virtual attendance options are available.

Frank’s session covers the “One Big Beautiful Bill” (OBBB) and the numerous sweeping changes for individual taxpayers. Attendees will learn about key provisions of OBBB, permanent changes including higher standard deductions, temporary tax benefits like the exclusion of tip income, and the above-the-line auto loan interest deduction. Frank will discuss tax planning opportunities arising from OBBB, like the revised SALT cap and comparisons of the tax benefits of the QBI deduction and tax-free capital gains from §1202 stock.
