Mental Health Issues in Tax Practice

November 12 - November 14

Melissa Wiley will present a program titled “Mental Health Issues in Tax Practice” at the 2025 California All-Tax Conference hosted by the California Lawyers Association. The conference will be held at the Westin San Diego Bayview, November 12-14, 2025. Continuing education credit is available.

Melissa’s session takes place on Thursday, November 13, from 2:25 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. This session will cover how clients’ mental health struggles may affect their tax cases. Mental health issues can hide in plain sight, and practitioners often don’t think to ask about how their clients are doing mentally or consider how mental health issues may impact their case.

You can learn more about the conference and register here.
