Description: More and more the IRS is utilizing machine learning, referred to as Artificial Intelligence, or “AI”, in developing its cases. Payroll tax cases, collection cases with false disclosures and non-filer cases have been developed through the IRS’s use of AI. Our panel of experts will explain, to the extent they can discuss it, how the IRS uses AI and what information it can develop to aid the government in enforcement.
