NEW YORK (August 16, 2024) — Best Lawyers in America® has selected Kostelanetz LLP partners Caroline D. Ciraolo and Bryan C. Skarlatos for one of the ranking agency’s highest honors, naming both as a “Lawyer of the Year” for 2025.
Caroline has been recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” for Tax Law in Washington, D.C., and Bryan has been named “Lawyer of the Year” for Litigation and Controversy – Tax in New York.
Selection for “Lawyer of the Year” is an honor bestowed annually “to individual lawyers who received the highest overall peer-feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Only one lawyer is recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for a specialty and metropolitan location per edition,” according to Best Lawyers.
Caroline and Bryan have both been named “Lawyer of the Year” multiple times by Best Lawyers. Caroline was selected for Litigation and Controversy – Tax in Washington, D.C., in 2024, 2022, and in 2012 in Baltimore. Bryan was previously recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers for Litigation and Controversy – Tax in New York City in 2017 and 2014.
