The ABA Tax Section meets three time a year, and at each meeting the subcommittees of the Civil & Criminal Tax Penalties Committee present detailed reports summarizing important developments.  Kostelanetz & Fink, LLP’s Stephen A. Josey and Russell A.S. Wirth prepared the subcommittee report for Important Developments in Civil Litigation for the May Meeting, which is [available to ABA Tax Section members](https://www.americanbar.org/groups/taxation/).
