Melissa Wiley Contributes to ABA's Third Edition of International Estate Planning Guide

Melissa Wiley contributed to the third edition of A Guide to International Estate Planning: Design, Administration, and Compliance published by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Melissa joined several other tax and estate planning professionals by contributing her knowledge and experience to the guide, specifically on tax penalties and remediating noncompliance in cross-border estate cases.

The book, published by the American Bar Association's publishing arm,is intended to be a “practical guide” that aids attorneys in navigating “the legal, tax, and regulatory complexities of international estate planning for both U.S. citizens and foreign nationals. Featuring strategies for drafting, compliance, and estate administration, it provides practitioners with the tools needed to address cross-border planning challenges with confidence,” according to the ABA.
