NYU Tax Law Association: Tax Controversy Panel

Megan Brackney and Eduardo Cukier will participate in a tax controversy panel hosted by the New York University Tax Law Association on March 20, 2025 from 1:05 P.M. to 2:15 P.M.

Megan will moderate the panel, and Eduardo is a speaker. They will join Samantha Rinaldi of Christopher Bryne PLLC; Aaron Esman of Ziering Esman, PLLC; and Fran Obeid of MFO Law PC to discuss the latest developments in tax controversy practice and share their knowledge and experience with NYU Law students.

Megan is an adjunct professor at NYU School of Law, where she teaches courses on tax procedure.

Megan is a tax controversy attorney with a distinguished track record of delivering exceptional results for clients facing complicated and difficult tax issues. The current Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, she is also a frequent speaker and contributor to local and national conferences on taxation, ethics in tax practice, IRS penalties, and civil tax controversy.
